Returns & Refund

1. Return Eligibility

  • All food and beverage products offer no return policy once delivered.. Returns are strictly prohibited except under the following conditions:

    • Reported within 12 hours of delivery at support@impulsecoffees.com or call/whatsapp on +91 7045830458  (with timestamped evidence).

    • Accompanied by a clear unboxing video, showing the order ID, packaging, and product physical condition in real time.

  • Return parcel must be received within 3 calendar days from delivery date. Any delays void eligibility.

2. Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be in pristine, unused condition, with all original tags, paperwork, and packaging fully intact. Any deviation disqualifies the return.

  • Apparel and frothers are expressly excluded from returns or exchanges (non-negotiable).

3. Return Shipping Terms

  • Customer exclusively bears all shipping costs.

  • Return shipping must use a trackable, insured carrier. Proof of shipment and delivery must be provided; failure to provide these will nullify the return.

4. Inspection, Approval & Refund

  • Upon receipt, all returns undergo a strict inspection process. Only items meeting every requirement above can be approved.

  • If approved:

    • Prepaid orders: Refund (minus shipping costs) within 5–7 business days via original payment method.

    • Cash-on-delivery: Issuance of a digital discount code equal to the product value (no shipping costs reimbursed), valid strictly for 30 days.

    • LOST ORDER (shows delivered on our Panel but has not been received by the customer) - investigation of the order will take 10-12 days and if the order has returned to the warehouse - a refund will be processed in the next 24-72 hours of investigation.

  • If rejected (e.g., video missing, item worn, package damaged, timeline missed), the return and refund are automatically voided and the item will be returned to the customer (if feasible), at the customer’s shipping expense.

  • If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated time and the same has been processed from our end, then you may contact your bank with regards to the same. If the bank responds with no such transaction, kindly get in touch with us and we will help resolve your query at support@impulsecoffees.com

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery using the same unboxing video requirement.

  • Upon validation, you'll receive a discount code equivalent to the product value, usable for 30 days. No refunds or reshipments.

  • Non-compliance (missing video, late report, lack of proof) constitutes forfeiture of remedy.

6. Policy Breach & Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion, particularly for repeated violations or policy abuse (e.g., multiple orders, frequent triggers of returns).

  • Account privileges may be suspended or terminated if abuse is detected, without any prior notice.

  • Shipping fees, whether for original delivery or return, are never refundable under any circumstances—including cancellations, returns, or goods deemed faulty.

7. Storage conditions

    Store in a cool, dry and non humid place. Do not use a wet spoon in the jar, any negligence in storage from your end does not hold us liable and is not refundable.
The white substance in the coffee is the flavouring particles & not fungus, please shake the jar well before use.
